My reasons for wanting to feel and look better:
Fit into my nice clothes which are currently too tight and I dread getting dressed.
To face my horrible ex-boss in a few weeks.
To face all those b*thces who have been horrible to me in the last few years.
To enjoy life.
To improve my fitness and confidence.

Oh good gracious!!! I am starting to dread any clothes other than my tracksuit bottoms and the red flags are popping up everywhere.
Lost 7 pounds with a buddie before Christmas and now straight back up again. I really want to be 140 pounds but failed trying to get there so have creep back up from around 147, gradually to 162.
I have to keep telling myself I can do this!!
Am just after a bad week and a pig out of junk over the weekend..... I need to get back on track and feel good about myself! I need to count every calorie.
