Inexplicable loss to 143. Eat green salad and protein for lunch, protein and cooked veg supper. take blood sugar before I eat lunch and supper.

This morning I am back to 145 after a brief foray to 146. Walked 9345 steps yesterday. Busy clearing out garage. today I am planning desk work, so will have to deliberately go out to walk. Goal is 138, but obviously from the struggle staying at 145 to 142 losing is only half the battle. Looking for work these days. Interesting times.

still struggling with 145 lbs whenI want to weight 138. Being too self indulgent. I know how to lose weight. I am not doing it. But I will gather up my resolve and try again.
Diets that succeed are mostly not giving up.
