So, i think I had a break-through today. I wanted chocolate and only chocolate. I decided a moon pie was mostly marshmallow, so I could get one of those. I went straight to the gas station and went straight to find a moon pie. I looked at the label and it was 7 grams of fat and 300-something calories...I turned around and grabbed a special K protien bar and a diet sun drop! Yay me! it's making sense to me all of a sudden. If I eat fat, I get fat. Eat healthy, get healthy.
