Ok, I had my goal weight set at 125 lbs. However, I have been hovering at around 133 lbs. for quite a while now, and I have come to the conclusion that I am actually feeling pretty good here and happy with the way I am looking and the way my clothes fit. I could probably go down further, and I may decide to at another time, but I think that for now I am going to stick it out here. So I have changed my goal weight and will carry on with what I have been doing (which is to journal everything I eat and have an occasional off diet day).
Besides, with winter coming on up here in the northeast, I may need what fat I have left!
