Last week was a difficult one for me as far as staying on track with exercise, getting enough sleep, and eating right. This coming week will be better.

So far I'm doing fine on the push-up challenge. Yesterday I did 2 sets of 60 in a row and then a last set of 70. The day before I did 2 sets of 60 and two sets of 50. I've been doing so-so on the Ab challenge. Since I do not have the capability to watch videos here at work to follow along with the 8 min abs video, I did a few sets of 50 crunches. Early in the morning doesn't usually work out. These 12 hour work shifts don't help me stay on track with my cardio or weight training either. Thankfully the next few days I'll have plenty of time to go to the gym and go running. We'll see what I can do to continue my routine even when I'm working all day.

I've been eating right for the most part, lifting weights three to four days a week, and running here and there. Maintaing the same weight though.

Just chillin with Mr Lowe who advised me to use this website to log my daily food intake and activity.
I hope to lose weight, especially in my midsection. I would like to tone my overall physique.
My target weight loss for the next three months is 15 elbows.
