Fantastic Website
I've only just joined this site and how fantastic is it!! I'm 42yrs and this is my 3rd attempt at trying to lose weight. It's to the point where it's now affecting my health. I love how there's a journal to write in, and how it calculates your RDI and has a Food and Exercise calendar. Hopefully with all this at my finger tips I'm sure to succeed!!!
