I have been married for 30 years to the most amazing man, have two beautiful boys and an extra 20-30 pounds that I would like to lose.
I have heard good things about the fat smash diet so I am willing to give it a try.

New here
First you start off with the detox phase which lasts for 9 days and you basicly eat all the veges and fruits you want. You can also have 2 eggs, 8oz. of sugarfree yogurt, lentils, beans,2 cups of brown rice and 1/2 cup of oatmeal each day. Welcome to our little group.

So....
If it is that time of the month for you, you might gain some water weight and feel bloated. I know I do. Dont worry, the weight will come off.

Sounds good and it will be a change from just the brown rice. I will go oveer to the health food store and see if they have it. Can't wait to try. Thanks.

Hi! I'm B-A-C-K
Don't get discouraged. It is better to loose the weight slowly, this way you will keep it off. Afterall this weight has been around for a long time, so it will not come off overnight. It will come off, just keep on eating healthy.
