As of 6/10/16 I weighed 212.8. My daughter Holly is coaching me as we work to lose this weight! Together we are doing low carb.I'm excited that this morning I was back down to 208. I'm determined to do this!!!

Well, my daughter has challenged me to get with it and get this weight down! Turned into a stress eater for the last couple of years and weight jumped. But I'm ready to get it down!!!!

YIKES!!! I'm so out of control.I went on a modified Daniel fast for 10 days and lost 4 lbs. Now that weight is back! YIKES!!

My coach is not feeling well. My schedule is topsy-turvy right now. My goal is get myself on track and GET THIS WEIGHT DOWN.
