So where to start!!! I graduated 7 years ago at 228lbs...I got down to 135!! For the longest time I maintained the weight. For some crazy reason I thought that I could eat whatever I wanted...whenever...well now back up to 147lbs, I have realized that I can't!!!! I want to lose the 12 lbs I have gained and then would like to get down to 125 but I will cross the bridge when it comes...my biggest worry right now is the 12 lbs that I have slowly put back on!! Anyone who has advice, please tell me!!!!! Thanks!!
