I needed to get away from the scale for a bit cause it was really stressing me out. The number would yoyo every week. At this point I dont even have a functioning scale, and for now I'm ok with it. My goal right now is to focus on calorie intake, excersize and challenges, and journaling. When i can commit to that, I will get a scale and check the numbers. And besides, I really, I am not the type to get on the scale every week for the rest of my life as a form of healthy living. Success is achieved through good choices. Take it one day at a time.
