Didn't log for the past 2 days as I was not home. I was down in Allentown at Lehigh Valley Hospital having test. The test confirmed what they had suspect all along that the cancer had reached the other kidney. They are going to keep an eye on it at moment because they don't want to tamper with anything just yet since I only have that one kidney. My creatinine levels are high showing that the kidney is failing and not removing waste properly. If the levels continue to rise then I will be having to do dialysis. I did get some good news and that is my A1c was great at 5.3... I got this tho!! Cancer won't kick my ass, I'm going to kick it's ass!!! HOOAHHH!!!

So started taking 1000mg of Garcina Cambogia 3 days ago. I had already been on my diet for over a month but decided I wanted to add this to help boost my metabolism. Not so much to control appetite as I pretty much have that under control. Yet, it is suppressing my appetite more. Sometimes to the point I'm not even hungry, but I still eat to keep my body sustained and not to miss meals causing my metabolism to slow down. I mostly stay under 1000 calories and 30 or less carbs. So with the diet and the Garcina Cambogia I should see significant results.... Also added Chromium Piclinate of 200mcg and 50mg of calcium and potassium... Like one of my favorite idols would say "Work it, work it, work it" (Richard Simmons)

Damn this honesty crap!!! I had to eventually post what I ate on Super Bowl Sunday.... Talk about a cheat day!!! It became more like a disaster with calories and carbs.... Thank God I'm back on track and that night I suffered with all that in me...
