Week 1! (8th day) WENT SO AMAAAAZINGGG! Had my first weigh in, and I was so nervous. I stepped on the scale, and... I lost FIVE POUNDS! I can't even believe it! I'm so proud of myself just for even making it this far. If I keep this up, I should reach my goal weight in just a little over four weeks. Can't wait for summer! <3

7th day! Went great! I did eat two Atkin's peanut butter and chocolate dessert bars though...strong sugar cravings today! But, they were only 2 carbs, so it's allllll good. I can't believe tomorrow will be the end of my first week! I am so nervous about weighing in, but also a little excited. I guess it all depend on what the numbers read!! I hope to at least loose 2 pounds, but more than that would just be great. I haven't had anytime to add in any exercises this week though... I really need to make a schedule for it. That will be my next task. Great day over all (:

6th day! Went super great! Simple shake for breakfast...and Joe's Crab Shack for lunch! It was delicious!! And, NO CARBS AT ALL! I definitely enjoyed it. Dinner was an Atkins meal bar, and I even had an Atkins chocolate peanut butter bar for doing so well today! I felt a little hungry later in the day, but sipping on water really helped. I'm eating great, but I'm still not seeing a huge difference is weight loss... I haven't weighed yet, but staring down at my stomach doesn't give me much hope. We will see what the verdict is on Tuesday! I haven't been exercising at all since I started, so maybe that's why. I just never have the time for it! Maybe I'll try and squeeze in a workout tomorrow. Well, overall success today, and I'm proud of myself :)

5th day! Went VERY well! I ate exactly what I planned out, didn't have any sugar cravings or hunger pains. I feel like this diet has been going great so far, but I'm still dreading my weigh in on Tuesday. I don't really know what to expect... I could loose up to 15lbs in two weeks, according to Atkins. Since this is only my first week, that'd put me at about 6-8lbs...in a perfect world. I don't think I've lost that much, but we will see! The only thing I've really noticed is my face seems a bit thinner. Everything else is to early to say. Three more days til weigh in! Breath, relax, eat healthy... I got this!
