Ride the coat rack! Anything that gets you moving
I am really excited today. I just took the step (a giant step for me) of buying an elliptical machine. It won't arrive until February 27th, but I am very excited at the prospect of having a piece of exercise equipment in my own home. I am someone who hates the thought of people watching me work out. . .at all, so having something in my home that I can use without anyone other than my husband watching will hopefully be the perfect thing to get me working out more!
