I have been eating edaname with little bit soy sauce and Panda woks sweet n sour sauce. I have been losing a lb. a day. I eat it for brunch and then am full til dinner which is protein and a salad and ice tea. So far I am healthy.

Foot swelling again from gout. Talking to nutritionalist on Wednesday to see it anything can help. Cherry juice not working to keep swelling down. Keeping food diary so she can see if food is agravating my gout. Getting old is a b####.
