Salt Cravings
Have you tried eating popcorn? You can get the 100 cal bags or just the reg ones but usually eating popcorn takes care of my salty wants. Plus popcorn isn't load with a ton of cal's like other salty things. Just need to watch portions. Nuts are also a good way to fill that salty need and they give you healthy fats and nutrients that your body needs. But again you just need to watch your portions. Either can be a great healthy snack that can kick your salt cravings to the curb. Good Luck!

Arms
Doing weights will start to tone you. It's good to just jump into toning because as you add muscle it burns up more calories and fat cells to help you get the arms you want faster. Weights and yoga stretches can help tone and slim up your arms. Good luck!
