5.05 mile walk yesterday with the hubs and the bubs
Went to eat at a salad bar afterwards, and stupidly chose the 'fat free cranberry vinegarette' dressing. After taking a few bites, it dawned on me the lesson I've learned before about 'fat free' stuff.... which is they add sugar to the product to make up for the taste of being fat free. That serving of dressing alone was enough to put me over my carbs for the meal. Was a little disappointed in myself for not thinking of this until after already eating it.
Will finish my miles for the week tomorrow and weigh in on Wednesday.

2.15 miles again today
15 mins of strength training
The low carb thing seems to be going pretty smooth.
I've been trying to put all my food for the day in my journal every morning, meals and snacks, so I know how many carbs I have left in case I want another snack. This helps a lot!
