so down about 3lbs today!! O.O wow. Pretty stunned myself. Had a large Lunner. (Lunch/ Dinner) Which seems to be the way to go when my daughter has a dentist appt. We eat before the late afternoon appt, then have a snack later if we feel hungry. She had a space maintainer put in, and 2 cavities filled. We still have two appointments, then we'll be done for awhile.. hopefully.
Anywho, I have to make a trip into the big city today, and I get to do it Alone!! :D Picking up a pillow and putting a deposit on the birthday space for my Puddin. And maybe some shopping for me!! :D I really enjoy clothing shopping, but I kinda don't want to because I know it's only a matter of time before my pant size goes down, and nothing fits right. I have a ton more to write, but I have a lot of things to do today so, later gators. :)

Down a whole bunch today!! O.O Very excited about it! ^.^ Went to my new doctor yesterday afternoon. Talked about a lot of things including water retention and swelling in my legs. My BP was a little high yesterday so now I get to take hydrochlorothiazide which helps with blood pressure, and also helps remove excess water and salt from your body. Seems like a suped up diuretic to me. Also going in Monday for a blood panel just to check all my numbers. Really hoe everything looks good. Had to go pick my daughter up from school this morning. Her stomach was hurting. Really hoping she doesn't have the stomach bug that is going around. Also she has a dentist appointment this afternoon. So if she seems okay we will still go. Just have to wait and see.

And the scale goes down just a little bit. I didn't get in any exercise yesterday, I had a porch pick up, or ppu for the online yard sale group I'm part of. Then went to a locally owned pet store to get bird food, and some bugs for the little spade-foot toad I found inside my office yesterday. I think it came out of hibernation last week when it was 75-80 degrees outside, then it came indoors when the front came through and got cold again. So I'm going to keep him a bit til it warms up a bit more. Also considering getting a second parakeet, they breed and hand feed birds at this store, and they had a few 2 week old babies. They'll have more out of the nest next week too, so I'm going to go back and look and possibly put a deposit on one.
Also had Arby's for dinner. I just had a roast beef sandwich, a banana and a pudding cup. And 2 small fries from my husband's combo. :P So all in all I didn't do badly calorie wise. Sodium is sky high in fast food though. And I could have eaten more veggies. I was just beat last night though. Ate dinner, put my daughter to bed, then I fell asleep waiting for my green tea to cool enough to drink... lol. Probably around 7:45-8pm. Really wanted to have that tea though, had a profound feeling of regret when I saw it on my nightstand this morning.
Today I'll be meeting with my new doctor, I've heard good things about him from another co-worker whose husband had gone to him. Really wanting this to be a good fit. I turn 30 in June, and I've heard of several women near my age having strokes and other medical issues, so I want to make sure everything is functioning properly. Also have some suspicions about my thyroid... So we shall see.
Should get to walk this afternoon before I get my daughter from after school care too. And it's all sunshiny, and cool outside. :) Perfect walking weather.

Down a pound this morning. :) Hoping to see it go down again tomorrow. I didn't get any exercise in today. And I may or may not tomorrow as well. We shall see. I have an appointment with my new primary care doctor tomorrow. Just starting services, really hope it goes well. That's all for tonight. G'night.

Not weighing in today. I didn't step on the scale after 1/2 a cup of coffee and was up... but I had pizza last night!! O.O Still under 2000 calories. The dinner plan was shrimp and pasta, with the addition of carrot and zucchini 'noodles' to up the veggie intake, and lower calories. But discovered I was out of pasta noodles when I went to cook. >.< Then my husband was like 'pizza' and my daughter seconded. So Majority ruled. I'll make up for it today by drinking lots of extra water, and have some green tea at lunch, later afternoon, and this evening.
Even having migraine symptoms all day yesterday, it didn't get too bad. I self medicated with ibuprofen to help control the symptoms, and made myself eat breakfast and snacks. Most of the symptoms had faded by 4pm, I was still headachy but I went home, changed clothes, and walked a mile and followed that mile up with a mile on my bike. :3 The last half mile on the bike was killing me. O.O I wish I could go further and faster on the bike, but physically I just can't. Just going to have to keep at it, and eventually I'll be able to go further. I'd be happy to even go 4 miles around my house and be able to make it up the gentle inclines without my muscles getting wobbly.
After exercise, I picked my daughter up from after school care, and took her shopping for her Easter Dress. It's buttery yellow, with pink and white flowers at the bottom, and little pink butterflies and I got her little white sandals and a pink daisy hairband to go with it. Also wanted to get me some more of fleece jogging pants they had on sale for 7.99, but they were out of the size I wanted. Probably going to order them online today. Their mens, but the women's pants are too short legged. The men's is a tad long, but at least they cover my ankle. lol.
