Hello! I'm Karalyn Hammond. I'm 14 years old weighing at 163 pounds ( weigh in 9/14/2024) My goal is 130 due to me being an athlete. I'm a competitive swimmer. My best event is 500 free my pr time is 6minutes and 35 seconds (completed 9/14/2024)
I'm a huge Dolly Parton fan and I love to run! I run to stay in shape for swim.

Ideas for eating more veggies!
So I'm going to put in one delicious idea and see what y'all think and your ideas. I like to blend my veggies into soups. I'm a big soup gal. Today I made a carrot and tomato soup. If your interested in my recipe. I measured with my heart but I did weigh everything. First I put the oven to 400 degrees and chopped up all of my carrots and I cut some of my tomatoes but not all because I'm lazy. Put the veggies on a pan with tin foil on it so its not hard to clean. Add a tbsp of butter and a tbsp of olive oil. Put the vegetables in the oven for 20-30ish minutes. (I had some meatballs on the same pan. Also you can just do any meat or no meat) Then I put all of the veggies in a pot with like 2 cups of chicken broth, a cup of water and just a bit of cream of your choice. Then I blend it with a imager blender (I forgot what its called... A blender stick???) After blended it I put some basic seasonings, and I put it on simmer for like 15 minutes. Then I ate it with some sour dough bread. What are some other good ideas?
