I used to weigh 197 lbs. I got down to 162 by exercising daily and cutting my calories to 1200 a day. I've been slacking on the exercise a lot lately and not counting calories, so I gained 11 pounds back. I need to get back on track and get down to my goal weight. I hope to do it by the end of May.
