sounds like a great idea... I'm trying not to dine out as much but you know it's going to happen enivitably, so I'm going to get that book too!
I just started the WW plan yesterday, it's going pretty well so far.. I'm just getting used to being accountable for everything I eat!

I'm pretty much doing the same thing.. I'm not really interested in going to meetings or anything, and there is a lot of information available about weight watchers online.
