A New Eating Disorder?
It really isn't an April Fool's joke. Orthorexia is one of the possible ED-NOS (Eating Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified) diagnoses, and it has been for years.

You don't have to weigh a specific number - aside from the whole "muscle is more dense than fat", as you get older, even from 20 to 30 (if you call someone "older" they think you are calling them old, and that is not what I mean - I'm past 30 myself...), you will inevitably weigh more, even if you fit in the jeans you wore in High School. You'll accumulate a bit of fat around your internal organs, so expect a gain of 5-8lb just from that.
They weighed a bunch of people who measured the same exactly at 17 and at 37, and they all weighed slightly more. The body scan revealed the internal fat gain.
So really, maybe you are already back at your pre-baby size and don't need to "forgive" yourself for anything.

First Meal & Carbs
Rosanna, I mentioned this dilemma to my doctor and she said I can just take the thyroid medication sublingually (you don't have to literally put it under your tongue if you don't want to; I tend to stick it at the back of my mouth, between my gum and my cheek). That way, you are good to eat as soon as it is done dissolving. It goes straight into the lymphatic system, instead of going in your stomach.
Also, don't worry about "needing" 180g carb. What you really need is to make sure you get enough calories. You could get 60g carb a day with no negative side effects at all, provided you get enough calories.

Exercises before of after breakfast?
I prefer to eat a bit before working out, but not a full breakfast. I usually grab an apple, then have my "real breakfast" (oatmeal) later so I don't feel too stuffed.

A New Eating Disorder?
MillaLite, orthorexia is not the same as eating clean. That is like saying that people who restrict their calories a bit to lose weight are the same as anorexics. It is a whole other animal.
I'm a bit sensitive to this subject cause I grew up with an orthorexic mother. If you want to see a bit of the mental processes an orthorexic has, although this movie is not about orthorexia but about an obsession with allergies, watch Julianne Moore's movie "Safe". It is a whole lot of crazy reasoning of why just some foods are safe, and lots of "cleansings" and things like that.
Let me show you the "crazy line" right here: my mother only eats fruit that start with the letter "m". So melons and mangoes are ok, but not watermelon, cause it is not an "m" fruit. Fridays are mandatory fasting days where the only acceptable drink is peppermint tea - not for religious reasons, just because. Ketchup is the worst food ever, but tomato sauce is ok, and sugar is bad, but hard candy is still less bad than ketchup for some reason. Ketchup is almost like poison. Oats are more fattening than any other carb, like they have a magical reason for it. Food coloring in foods is ok, but the orange food coloring in orange soda is definitely not ok.
I could go on and on, but it is basically a whole set of irrational beliefs that make food seem like it has magical, esoteric powers. Saying that trans fats are bad for you = sane; deciding that trans fats are bad for you in cake but ok when in cookies = crazy. Eating alfalfa sprouts = sane; only eating alfalfa sprouts that are hydroponicaly grown and on Tuesdays = insane.
