How bout them apples, or maybe I should say lack thereof. Just weighed in for the Physical and lost a whopping 36 Lbs since starting with Fat Secret. I'm a believer in calorie counting now!
Still looking at a long road to go, but feeling much better after seeing some results.
The diet? Mainly subway subs. Either double ham or turkey. 6" breakfast, lunch and dinner. I splurge once in a while with Rotisserie chicken. Cut out all the good stuff I used to spend my day eating.

268.0 lb

40.0 lb
still to go:
68.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

The weigh in's coming! The 11th is cardiology and the 12th is the physical. Only a couple more days and I see how well this is working with the diet.

Fell off the proverbial wagon yesterday. Little over 2k calories for the day. Back in sync and duly chastised today. Part of the problem with OTR driving is the boredom. When you get that almost whipped you end up with a layover, which we had yesterday. Diet and WalMart don't exactly go together hand in hand.
Still think it's working somewhat. Had to take my rings off because they were too loose. So I suppose it's a good sign.

Still skipping weigh in until physical in January. holding at the 1200 cal a day give or take. Hope this all works!
