I've tried many different diets and all have failed (so far). the end result was progressively getting heavier and heavier.
Now, I'm at a point where I'm have a hard time sleeping or just keeping up with others.
Luckily, i have switched careers and have moved into a trade- with it being very physical i do tend to get more exercise in a day than a desk job.
Time to change old ways and attitudes- and get my butt in gear.
