In this picture I started out at 273 lbs. being this heavy and smoking I've had a heart attack at 35 and developed diabetes. You have to sit back and realize the food that's unhealthy for us is not worth all the medical problems. I lost most of the weight on my own after talking to a dietitian then the last 40 lbs. at Weight Watchers. To this day I still stay on track it can be done. If I can loss weight quite smoking for over 7 year so can you. I love helping people with thier weight loss it makes me very happy to make a difference.
