I've had weight/obesity issues since early childhood, there hasn't been any yo-yoing here, just up & up & up. 370lbs was my highest weight (Jan '05). As an adult my lowest weight was 212lbs (March '07). Here to do my best to find balance in a healthy lifestyle w/o "dieting" in any sort of way.
