Omega 3
When combined with a calorie-counted diet and increased exercise, the effects of fish oil on weight loss could prove substantial. It is believed that omega 3 oil improves the flow of blood to the muscles during exercise and helps to stimulate enzymes which transport fat to where it can be used up for energy.

Hey guys ,
Just want to share my secret to slow but steady, healthy maintenance. I drink Apple cider vinegar in water ( 15ml) with water twice a day before breakfast , as i wake up and before dinner while i cook. Apple cider vinegar has amazing health benefits and is crucial to maintain a healthy diet. Its good for loosing up stubborn fat and keeping the body working well. I also need to share my other secret with is Omega 3 and 6 supplements. Weather on a diet or not , these are essential.

Insanity 60 day work out Challenge
Hs anyone heard of this programme ? It is apparently huge in the states. My late sister left me the workout challenge but i dont know anyone who has tried it in South Africa. I wanna do the challenge but really dont wanna do it alone. its 60 days of grueling cardio , some rest cardio and basically its painfull but well worth it. Would love a team mate to tackle this beast with .
