Will I ever get back in track? I know most of it is boredom. I can't drive right now soI have to depend on other people to get out. I use to go to Wal-Mart or Meijers and walk. I could use a cart and walk the stores using a cart cart so my back would;t hurt. Now I can;t get to the store without someone taking me. I;m doing so much better, come a log way and I AM GRATEFUL TO GOD, but I still get discouraged

Forgot I joined a challenge. DARN MEMORY, BUT it is better than 6 months ago, so GOD blessed me. I'll just keep getting better. :=_

I don't know what to do about exercise, I can;t really do much waling, because my left foot drags and if I get on the floor, I have troublee getting up because of my foot and coordination I'm not whining, I just need suggestions

I ave PROBLEM EXERCISING SICE MY HEART ATTACKS AND THE FACT I DIED FOR 5 MINUTES, MY COORDINATION IS BAD =, MY LEFT FOOT DRAGS A LITTLE AND WHEN I GET ON THE FLOOR, I HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING UP. I KNOW AM A MESS, BUT IS THERE ANY KIND OF EXERCISE I CAN DO ???? i CAN'T EVEN WALK FAR THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
