Yesterday I didn't make the best decisions on what to eat. I had some Popeyes' fried chicken, something I hadn't had in quite some time. I don't feel bad about it though, it was delish. However physically, I'm sorry I did eat as much as I did. When you get away from eating like that, it's really hard for your body to...accept it. It reminds me of the guy on the biggest loser this past week who ate over 4000 calories in one day in one of their challenges. The food tasted good, but in the end he felt horrible and it made him sick. His body was no longer used to that kind of eating. And that's how I felt yesterday and this morning. It will be a while before I eat any Popeyes again.
