I am new to this site, I must say that I love it! It is holding me accountable for what goes in my mouth and how I'm helping my body to be the best it is able. The low carb foods are tasty and I feel fuller longer. When I was on a high carb diet with Nutrisystem, I found that I was hungry all the time.

I slept through dinner, I was tired after taking care of the house, my disabled husband and mowing the yard for two hours.

It was a ruff day yesterday, While starting the low carb diet, the bathroom was my best friend. 2 pounds lighter, this must be working.
For lunch I had a baked chicken breast and this yummy southwest salad. The dressing and tortilla strips were low carb so no guilt here, just yummy!
