This morning I weighed 151. I did 30 pushups and a one-minute plank.
I made a point to drink a glass of water before having coffee, both at home and work.
No cardio today, but had run the previous 2 days.
I need more sleep!
0700 - wheat toast and raspberry yogurt
1000 - cheesy eggs, turkey sausage patty, 5 tots, pineapple and cantaloupe
1300 - raspberry/banana smoothie with protein powder
1900 - green salad, pasta carbonara (very small) 2 glasses red wine
2200 - amber ale, crab muffin
