Getting back on track. Feeling pretty good. I’ve been trying to stay active. Not trying to be negative or anything like that, but have you ever experienced a moment when you were feeling pretty good about yourself and it seems as if people try to make you feel insecure about yourself, it’s so weird. Maybe it’s a spiritual thing. Or maybe people can actually see something in you so they try to make you feel bad about yourself so they can feel better about themselves. And yes this also includes them body shaming you.
