WOW I tried a 0 carb candy bar today from the local health food store and I must admit is was pretty good (for dark chocolate). I prefer milk chocolate but, I am a woman lol and chocolate is chocolate!!!! It seems to taste that much better when you can't have it alot. I also bought some digestive enzymes and some Relacore. I hear that is supposed to suppress your appetite and carb intake besides get rid of belly fat. So, we'll jsut check that out. I feel really good today is my second day getting back on track with my diet. I felt so good I even took a walk. That is something I need to do alot of. I used to walk miles a day but since my 3 foot surgeries it's been hard for me to deal with the pain. Hopefully I can continue to walk on a daily basis or at least close to it. I really want to shed this weight I just find myself impatient. Imagine that!!!!!

Well it looks like I gained about 4 pounds although I know I am reataining water something fierce. I like using Creole seasoning. LOL I think it makes everything taste better but it has a buttload of salt in it. Oh, well the water weight will shed soon enough I guess. I haven;t been real faithful to the Atkins diet for about a week or so. I've been really stressed out lately and didin't really care what I ate. Sounds familiar to some huh? lol
We all do it we are only human! I did realize something though when I was on it faithfully. There was alot of times I ate when I wasn't even hungry. I guess that happens to us too. Going from eating whatever you want and whenever you want then "NOT" being hungry much at all you still have that habit. What a bad one it is. At least I noticed it I believe that is the first thing one needs to do to lose weight. So, with that in mind I started the Atkins again today so far I am doing well. I Just need to dump this water weight.

well I flubbed up the other day. Nearing my lovely ovulation week <:{ I was craving a carrot cake so I got one. Man was it good. Now I am back on track again and in a load of pain so nothing is easy but, I can do it. But... we all have our days and I had mine. Wish me luck
