I start to exercise yesterday walk a half mile will do that for a week then increase to a mile. Next will start some other exercises to for muscle tone. I feel very good about how i am eating, i may alert here and there but if i continue to loss a pound a week i will be very pleased and satisfied with my self and procress. My co-workers wanted my food it was a great feeling
