I've decided to take a break from recording foods and the pitiful amount of exercise I'm getting right now. I feel stuck in a rut, and I've got to break through.
This doesn't mean I won't be around. I still need to check in every day or so to see how everyone else is doing. My weight hasn't changed by more than a pound or two back and forth, so I'm not doing
horribly
just feel like I'm spinning my wheels.
I will continue to eat mindfully, and hopefully the freedom from recording everything will help me get unstuck. We'll see where I'm at in a month...

My life is just way too crazy right now. I'm still around, still recording everything, but struggling to "behave". I think I'm just not giving this the priority it needs for me to succeed. Not sure which way to go right now...I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing, and I feel frustrated. Grrr
