I live in New Hampshire and love the ocean. Hubs and I are into traveling, unique experiences and road tripping. We also enjoy time on the lake boating, gardening and doing stuff outdoors.
I've always had an annual goal for an event to be 'that weight', wear 'that dress'. However, this year has been a tough one for food/diet as I navigate a health challenge I'd never anticipated with gastro stuff going on. Surgery at the end of Jan., and continuing flare ups requiring me to eat bland or literally garbage made with processed flours. I'm a baker and I love pretty much anything fiber veg, fruit, nuts etc. so this is really trippy for me that I am even having to eat such crap to 'get over' flare ups. So, we'll see what this year brings. I'm trying to stay positive through the medically induced poor diet, and am hoping there will be a resolution to this. In the meantime staying positive and doing the best I can!
