I'm a vegetarian and I love carbs and often eat dessert. I like all those things about me just fine, but I don't like the 20+ pounds I put on during Covid, and now that I'm focusing on my weight and fitness, I want to get down under 25 BMI.

I started here on May 31, 2022. I'm doing CICO and aiming for an average calorie deficit somewhere in the 200-300 calorie range.
