I am in my early twenties, and am married to the best man. I would like to become a better athlete by losing those last 10 lbs. It's amazing how hard it can be to loose just 10 lbs.
I have been practicing yoga for about 2 years consistently and am a certified yoga teacher. I love it! It is a lifestyle for me. If I go without yoga for a week or two, I start to feel the effects.
I hope this website will help me to stay on track with what I eat, as that has got to be the biggest issue for me.
