I just turned 30 years old, am 5'1" and just a simply lady who's trying to be fit so that I could look great during the rest of my 30's! I've always been chubbier since I was like 10 years old so I want to change that.
My lower weight was 125 in summer 2004 but went up to 168 (I gained whooping 43 pounds within two years) last year (due to the new changes/environment - I moved to Oregon ALL the way from New York [I'm originally from California]) so I wasn't happy about that.
My goal to weigh 125 again and just look FIT. Less than 125 would be even great but I will not go there until I reach my goal weight. Hell, I'd even like to wear bikinis someday and just feel confident by flaunting my body.
