Need some advice
Thank you everyone for responding. It really helps. And I actually tonight for the first time went out and walked a mile. I keep telling myself that I "don't have time" But thats a bunch of crap.Lol. I mean I am busy but at the same time I DO still have time to sit at home an 1-2 per day, doing absolutely nothing on the internet. So Why not take 20-30 minutes of that time and go walk? It was hard to get up and go do it but I made myself. And I feel SO good about it. I plan on walking 3-5 times a week. And the ideas of doing little work outs at home are something I am also going to start doing. Thank you everyone!!

Need some advice
I started eating healthier on the 31st of Dec. I for once in my life want to actually go with the new years resolution of losing weight. I need to lose about 100lbs. Good news is,today is day 25 and I have lost 15lbs! And that is based on 1800 cal diet per day. My problem is, I need to work out badly. Everyday I tell myself I am going to go on a walk "tomorrow" and never do. And it's not because I am lazy or anything. I work a full time job and then a part time job on top of that. My part time job is in the middle of the night, and then sometimes I have to wake up and go to my other job 3 hrs after I get home. Anyways I am just so tired all the time that when I actually do have spare time I just want to sit at home and relax. But I know I NEED to work out,and that it would speed up the weightloss process by alot. Any tips or advice from anyone on what I should do, or what YOU would do? Thanks alot
