I love this site although i dont feel i have lost any weight i think it is because I just ate breakfast but I will do better for my next week. I think for my first week on these challenges I did realy good and I will continue to do better

well so far so good. I have been using my time with my husband (we have been roofing a house and I have the blisters to prove it) as my exercise it has been fun and we are almost done so then i get start my own exercise i cant wait the stair challenge starts tomorrow and I am excited about that one

I started this site because 1 I feel like a fat slob. I hate that I have gained weight and I know my husband doesnt like it. You know that feeling when he use to do stuff and now he doesn't. Like He use to hold my wast and now he doen't. He may not mean to but you know when you gain weight you become more aware of it. I also started this because CParker told me about it and now that I know I have some one that will see me at least once a week I know I have to actually do this if not I will feel like I am lying.
