Am somewhat discouraged!i never followed the smoothie detox coz I felt it wasn't too healthy. Am so surprised that I have added 3kgs!how now. am so sick and tired of these 80's.

Today is the first day of February! Am hoping that this month I will loose at least
3kgs
. My weight watchers group is going on a smoothie detox for the next 10 days. Since the caloric intake is somewhat low. I will not do any strenuous exercises for the next 10 days. I want to however try to skip rope for ten minutes every morning before I hit the showers. I will also try to do planks and HIIT of 10 minutes every evening.

I realy need to up my exercise this coming month,inorder to achieve my goal of 75kgs.

I have added 3.5 kgs during the festive season. Feeling discouraged!But I know I have to loose these kilos by end of January. Exercise has become a huge challenge for me since October. I don't like my pot belly and back fat,wish I could loose more of that. Does anyone know how I can loose my pot belly please.
