Back in 2020/21 lost over 14kg (+/- 30 lbs).
Currently am on body recomp/maintenance, so weight is not as important!
I'm a foodie at heart, so my meals will reflect that too.
I will not tolerate criticisms over my food choices.
My meals might cause some controversy as I love to incorporate in my diet some sweet treats that some might think it's offensive. Move on, it's not all about you!
This is how I eat and how I fuel my body and how I gather energy for my workouts. If someone feels offended, feel free to scroll my posts.
----Here's some of my frequent recipes:----
- baked oats - 30g oats, 1tbsp whey of your choice, 1/3 tsp baking powder, 100ml of milk of your choice (adapt quantities as needed according to your calories and hunger)
- protein pancake/waffles - 30g oat flour, 1/3 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp greek yoghurt, 1 egg , 1 tbsp whey of your choice... Add flavours if you wish or toppings like choc chips or fruit before baking/cooking. Can also be made in microwave as a mug cake (2 min).
