Being that I haven't weighted in (online at least) in a while a lot has changed. I did gain a little weight over the holidays, however I have slowly been working it back down. I've just kicked into gear in the past two weeks and I've been doing fairly well. Mostly though I've just cut back on calories and I've been sort of loosely following the abs diet and doing my own thing. The smoothies however have been a great way for me to get my nutrients in, in the morning and keeping me from skipping breakfast all together. I just got a treadmill, so I will be kicking up the cardio, so hopefully that give my weight loss a boost.
