Yay! Now that I have seen more than a few oz go at once, I am pumped! Seeing the number fall each week if my biggest motivation. The biggest help staying on track? NOT always denying myself- I had some ice cream and brownies this week. Do I feel bad? Not terribly. Because I stayed within my calories and knew I needed to be strict with fat and sugar the following days to compensate. And it worked out. :)
