I had a weekend out of town and I find it hard to stick to my diet plan. Although, I didn't over-eat, I didn't maintain the PLAN! So, I gained 3 lbs in 3 days (191). But today I'm back where I left off (188). Back on track and it's only Tuesday.
My boyfriend started his diet TODAY! We each want to lose the same amount in lbs. So now we can be supportive of each other and we'll win this battle!
Now if I could just get as motivated about exercise as he seems to be. Maybe he can strengthen me in exercise and I'll support him with caloric intake. That's teamwork.
