unh... im stuck ...plateaued and a tad frustrated by it all. back at work im consuming more calories but not really getting that much more activity in to male me sweat. im more tired. i get home, ice my knee and nap or rest with my knee up. im experiencing pain in my left ankle which tires me out. i have to get strong but the injuries are mitigating my ability to do so.
