Had a lot of food last night but it ended up ok. Went to subway and tried to eat more veggies with my ham sandwich and I did manage to drink 32 oz of water but caved in and had a medium regular soda for dinner. I walked during the day at lunch hour so there are a lot of good mixed in with the not so good.
