OK, up and at'em and get with the program!! lol I am up, well maybe not at'em so much, but, up at least, I have had my coffee, so it is going to be a good day! I weighed in this morning and going down is a good thing, even if it is only about 1/2 pound, I'll take it! Hope all is well with all my "Buddies" here and all who are just beginning their trek down this path. I am feeling better each day. So. I will post more later today. Yesterday, was a very good day! I am alive, my feet hit the floor and I stayed within my RDI so how could it have not been a good day? I even got my Yoga in yesterday, so it was a very Wonderful day for me. Onward and Downward folks, Onward and Downward.
