See this is what I was afraid of, waiting 2 weeks to weigh in only to have loss less than a pound. At first I was a little upset about it but hey, I know that I'm doing the right things, eating foods that are high in nutrients, working out, drinking water so eventually it will show up on the scale. Besides that, I feel great. I am much more in tune with my body. I can certainly tell when I'm not eating the right foods, or need more water.
My goal is to be in a size 10 in the next 8 weeks. So that would be by the 3rd week of April, so I will round it up and say by April 30th. Normally I don't set hard goals like that because its too disappointing if I don't make it but I'm going to go for it.
