Well I went 2 lbs down since yesterday. Was pretty hungry all day yesterday but I ate the following:

2 eggs
oat bran galette

turkey breast
cottage cheese

roast beef
ff sf yogurt (coconut vanilla)

turkey
cottage cheese

chicken (1/2 small) with tandoori style sauce made with ff yogurt, spices and egg yolk)
Skim milk

1 sugar free jello

This morning I had:
2 eggs scrambled with skim milk
oat bran galette with ff cream cheese
1 cup skim milk
latte with skim milk & 1 equal

I am not as hungry so far with this breakfast, so either I am adjusting or the cream cheese made a difference! Yesterday I was constantly hungry! Today is going much better. I also don't feel as tired and I was a little dizzy at times yesterday but I went to bed late the night before so that could be part of it. I am feeling motivated today! I plan on roast beef and a yogurt for lunch. Turkey and cottage cheese later for a snack. And dinner is undecided currently. Either chicken, pork tenderloin or hamburger. The sauce I made for the chicken last night was delicious-it was Dukan's Curry Chicken, but I used Penzey's Balti seasoning instead of curry.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
